Wall and Ceiling System & Medical Furniture

Our Solution for all areas with special hygienic requirements
Modular wall system

The wall and ceiling system can be individually tailored to the specific needs. Its modular design makes it easy to respond to future requirements or trends. The wall and ceiling system consists of a modular substructure with panels in different sizes and materials that integrate a number of built-in elements.

Our solution for healthcare facilities consists of modular interior wall panels available in different options: as room-high, one-piece wall panels, a two- or three panel system where all switches, sockets or medical gas outlets are installed in ergonomic height in the middle “service panel”, or in further different design options depending on the area of application.

Our wall panels are available in different materials, such as galvanized or stainless steel (powder coated), glass, PVC, HPL or acrylic stone (Corian®). All parts are customizable in different colours and prints, very flexible and easily dismantled to access the installations behind for maintenance purposes.

Easy-to-install and high-quality ceiling system for healthcare application

Modular ceiling system

Modular ceilings in medical facilities integrate ventilation and lighting systems as well as ceiling supply units, and can be quickly installed and removed as required. Our high-quality system solutions are distinguished by the highly flexible design of the invisible substructure and their easy use. The ceiling panels simply click into the ceiling substructure and can be removed quickly and easily for maintenance and cleaning.

The joints between the panels are sealed with silicone profiles. In the corners of the walls, the panels are held by a special aluminium ceiling profile, which also has an antibacterial coating.

Individual ceiling panels can be coated in the desired colour or printed with a selected design. We offer tailored solutions for all sorts of uses.

Tailormade doors
Hospitals are busy places where doors are opened and closed hundreds of times a day.

Accordingly, they need to be suitably robust yet flexible in all medical areas. We therefore use systems that meet doors’ specific requirements in terms of design, functionality and hygiene, including aspects such as radiation protection as well as being soundproof and fire and smoke proof.

Built-in-elements1
Built-in elements: Hatch and build-in cabinets
We produce built-in elements such as cupboards, windows, ventilation ducts and suture cabinets which fit perfectly with our wall system and afford great flexibility.

The colour of the frames can be matched to the surrounding panels.

Operation and control systems
Especially high demands are placed on the power supply in medical facilities. In extreme cases, power failures or malfunctions in the power system can put patients’ health at risk. With this in mind, we supply reliable and easy-to-use control and monitoring systems suitable for use in for instance operating rooms and intensive care units.

Ventilation

Ventilation systems in hospitals carry out a number of functions to protect patients, staff as well as visitors.

They assist the removal of contaminated air, reduce dust, anaesthetic gases and odours or minimize the transfer of airborne bacteria by controlling the air movement.

Safety and reliability of the medical gas supply in hospitals

Withdrawal of medical gases

Medical gases play a central role in almost all hospital areas. Safety and reliability are our primary concerns when if comes to their supply.

We provide flush or wall-mounted gas outlets and scavenging units for medical gas supply. They come with their own unmistakable plug-in connections for each gas, including oxygen, compressed air, nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide (as well as vacuum), alongside outlets for the operation of pneumatic surgical instruments and anaesthetic gas scavenging. In addition to being fitted flush or wall-mounted, these systems can also be integrated into wall and ceiling supply units.

Digital or analogue valve and monitoring systems warn users if the pressure is too high or too low.
