In this 195 bed multispecialty hospital in Umm al-Quwain, one of the emirates of the UAE, we built 5 modular Operating Rooms, including attached utility rooms, as well as the service and clean corridors. The project was carried out in two phases in order to allow for better conditions of coordination and operation for the hospital.

As per the customer’s choice, we designed all rooms with the same colour concept, creating a homogenous finish of the complete OR complex.

Our complete solution contained all hinged and sliding doors, Laminar Air Flow (LAF), SID, ceiling and flooring, analogue and digital X-Ray viewer, luminaires, medical gas units, alarm, scrub sinks and built-in hatch cabinets.
